What Our Customers Say

David W.
We bought our timber flooring and carpet from Fowles and our experience with dealing with Travis the sale rep was exceptional.
He provided us with guidance on products available, and his understanding of what we required in the environment we were building was fantastic.
We pick up our products from the warehouse, where the staff on hand were extremely helpful.
I would highly recommend using Fowles for flooring requirements.

We recommend fowles for the cheapest prices by far and for the best customer service and knowledge ask for Baldy King (yes thats his real name and yes hes bald 😄) he is the loveliest man and truly helpful and honest we have bought carpet and hybrid flooring and very happy ,my brothers are carpet layers and recommended Mme to fowles and we won't go anywhere else now. Fowles has done a brilliant job installing carpets twice. Jai helped us carpet our whole house before we moved in. John helped us this month with a new room in the same house. Professional, down to earth no BS sales and prices are competitive. Carpet installers were fantastic both times - on time, tidy and no shortcuts. Referred my neighbour and they also got their carpets replaced with Fowles. Fowles is the only place I go to for carpet.

Recently purchased carpet from Fowles and James was fantastic to deal with; very knowledgeable and helpful and organised everything in a super quick turnaround. Installers Daniel and his son Kai were very professional and did a great job - very neat and no damage to skirting boards at all (which in my experience is very rare!). I’m really pleased with the carpet - beautiful quality and great price. Highly recommend.

We are so happy with our new Carpet. Ally King the sales person was so helpful, her guidance in helping us to select carpet was great, Marc and his team the installers were excellent. Also very happy with the price.

Very hard to find a place with premium products at amazing prices - but thank goodness we found Fowles.

Shoutout to James from the sales team for being extremely helpful with our decision making process and offering us a deal that was too good to resist.

Very productive use of our weekend. Thank you.
